Inclusion & Diversity Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

The Inclusion & Diversity Manager (Senior) will lead the design, execution and embedding of DEI strategies across PwC Middle East. Reporting to Human Capital, the role partners with leadership and business teams to ensure inclusive practices are integrated throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy aligned with global, regional and local priorities.
• Translate I&D objectives into actionable initiatives, KPIs and annual plans.
• Lead rollout of programs covering gender equity, social inclusion, disability inclusion and inclusive leadership.
• Partner with recruitment, talent development, and policy teams to embed DEI principles.
• Monitor progress, report on metrics and continuously improve initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in DEI, HR or related fields.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Strong project management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in a professional services or large‑scale organization.
