About the role
PROVEN is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of automation projects for a leading automation client in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will translate customer requirements into robust, ROI‑driven automation solutions, working closely with business development, sales, sourcing, and international technology partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site factory visits and technical assessments to map production processes, material flows, equipment, cycle times, manpower and operational challenges.
- Lead automation assessments across welding, painting, material handling, assembly, packaging, palletising, machine tending and quality inspection.
- Develop phased automation roadmaps, technical scopes, and ROI cases that balance feasibility, safety and operational impact.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and system integrators to ensure technical soundness and commercial viability of solutions.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, sourcing, customers and technology partners throughout solution development and delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in industrial automation, system integration or related fields.
- Proven ability to design end‑to‑end automation solutions and present technical and financial arguments to customers.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and international partners.
