Industrial Engineer

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer to support project execution and performance improvement initiatives in Dammam. The successful candidate will help coordinate projects, analyse performance data and KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement so that projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects.
• Monitor and analyse project KPIs and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• An internship, co-op or training in project management, operational excellence or performance management is an advantage.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and project management principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: Six Sigma and PMP.
