About the role
The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for delivering reliable hardware and software solutions across the organization. Working closely with internal teams and external software vendors, the specialist ensures that technology remains current and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and administer a variety of IT systems, providing day‑to‑day support and configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, delivering timely technical assistance to employees.
- Monitor data integrity, network access, and backup processes to safeguard organizational information.
- Negotiate with third‑party software providers, oversee new software deployments, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an IT support or specialist role.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate solutions effectively.
