Inside Sales Representative – Lead Generator (Saudi National)

About the role

FedEx is seeking a Saudi national to join its Inside Sales team as a Lead Generator. In this role you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, building relationships with new and existing customers, and supporting the sales cycle from lead to account activation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, grow and retain customers through proactive outreach.
• Prepare pricing proposals and support account activation.
• Manage general account activities and maintain accurate iSell reporting.
• Follow defined processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify anomalies, apply judgement to resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed.

Required profile

• Saudi national (as specified in the posting).
• Strong influencing, persuasion and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
