Inspector – Construction Supervision (Saudi)

About the role

Jasara is building a talent pool for construction supervision across Saudi Arabia. The Inspector will carry out site inspections, verify that contractor work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards, and support the delivery of large‑scale development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of assigned works.
• Verify contractor activities against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify defects, non‑conformances and unsafe practices.
• Record findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers and contractors on site issues.
• Validate completed works and support inspection requests.
• Maintain inspection records and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site inspection.
• Previous experience with a supervision consultant is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
