Instructor 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing – Energy Sector

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Instructor to deliver a specialized training course on 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing tailored for the Energy sector. This role supports the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals by developing local talent in advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and hands‑on training on 3D printing processes including FDM, SLA, SLS, and metal DMP/L‑PBF.
• Focus instruction on real‑world energy sector applications such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Petrochemicals.
• Teach Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) concepts and use of CAD/CAM tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as slicing software.
• Mentor Saudi engineers and technicians, guiding them in advanced manufacturing techniques and spare‑parts localization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in additive manufacturing or related engineering fields.
• Proven background in training, teaching, or mentorship.
• Familiarity with energy sector applications and spare‑parts localization is a strong plus.

Required skills

• FDM, SLA, SLS, Metal DMP, L‑PBF printing technologies.
• Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM).
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD CAD/CAM software.
• Slicing tools for 3D printing.
