Interior BIM Modeler

About the role

The Interior BIM Modeler will develop and maintain high‑level BIM models for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring they reflect construction drawings, design renderings and on‑site requirements. The role supports the project team from design through construction, providing accurate models that guide on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify and update interior fit‑out BIM models (hard finishes, furniture, decorative features, MEP terminals) to LOD 400 or higher.
• Model ceilings, walls, floors, partitions and trim details, incorporating construction techniques for direct on‑site use.
• Perform clash detection and produce reports, coordinating with architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Integrate renovation construction sequences into the model, support 4D schedule linking and construction simulations.
• Generate construction briefing drawings, shop drawings, material procurement lists and quantity take‑offs from the BIM model.
• Update the model on‑site to reflect as‑built conditions and resolve technical issues.
• Lead interior BIM discipline coordination, aligning standards and protocols with other design teams.
• Participate in drawing reviews, design briefings and site meetings, offering constructability suggestions.
• Maintain version control and archiving of interior BIM files on the collaboration platform.
• Contribute to BIM implementation plans, discipline standards, component and family libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Architectural Decoration Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in interior BIM modeling for fit‑out projects, with familiarity of LOD 400 standards.
• Understanding of renovation construction sequences and cross‑trade interface logic.
