Internal Audit Manager

About the role

Cenomi Retail, a leading multi‑brand retailer operating over 1,600 stores across the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join its Internal Audit function. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will provide strategic assurance and drive audit excellence across the retail and F&B portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams on complex, large‑scale engagements, overseeing planning, risk assessment, execution, reporting and follow‑up.
• Prepare professional, accurate and objective internal audit reports and ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, delivering robust recommendations.
• Apply technical expertise and project‑management skills to design and implement effective audit solutions.
• Utilise data‑analytics techniques to enhance audit effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
• Stay current on global, regional and industry developments and share insights across the organization.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of internal audit experience, preferably within fashion retail, multimedia/technology, or food & beverage sectors.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, SOCPA or ACCA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven leadership capabilities and hands‑on experience with data‑analytics in audit.
