Internet Sales Representative – Automotive

About the role

Join Subaru of Utica as an Internet Sales Representative and help customers find the perfect vehicle. You will be the first point of contact for online leads, guiding them through the buying process and delivering a best‑in‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, financing, and dealership policies.
• Maintain timely follow‑up and build lasting relationships with prospects and past customers.
• Track interactions using the dealership’s management system.
• Stay updated on new models, accessories, and attend product training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
