About the role
We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our company's IT infrastructure. The role ensures that hardware, software, and user services run smoothly, enabling efficient business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across the organization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
- Monitor servers, backups, antivirus solutions, and overall IT infrastructure health.
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors for support and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset management records.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or administration.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
