IT Administrator – Real Estate Sector

About the role

Our client, a leading real‑estate company in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee and secure its entire IT environment. The role combines network management, cybersecurity, and support for business applications that drive the real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking devices, and communication systems.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT services.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, data backups, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Support real‑estate applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and property management software.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and system records.
• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize IT performance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Prior experience in the real‑estate industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and security monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security.
