IT Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Jizan or Qassim (Saudi Arabia). The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and achieve revenue targets by delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and IT requirements.
• Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to clients effectively.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and resolve client issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
