IT Service Engineer – Dental Imaging & Digital Dentistry

About the role

The IT Service Engineer will design, install and support dental imaging and digital dentistry solutions for hospitals and clinics across the MENA region. You will ensure seamless connectivity between imaging equipment, software, servers and healthcare IT systems while delivering on‑site technical assistance and training.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain dental imaging software, CBCT, panoramic and intraoral systems.
• Perform DICOM and PACS integration with hospital information systems and digital dentistry platforms.
• Configure, troubleshoot and optimise networks linking equipment, workstations and servers.
• Provide on‑site technical support during installation, commissioning and post‑deployment phases.
• Collaborate with hospital/clinic IT teams to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, software and integration issues to minimise downtime.
• Deliver user training, technical guidance and basic documentation.
• Work with internal teams and third‑party vendors to address complex technical problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, networking or medical imaging integration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
