IT Support Engineer – King Salman International Airport

About the role

Bechtel is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) project in Riyadh. Reporting to the Project IT Manager, you will be responsible for deploying hardware, providing deskside assistance, and supporting the project's network and collaboration tools. Your work will help ensure smooth IT operations and contribute to the overall success of this high‑profile airport development.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure computer hardware across the project site.
• Provide deskside support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and support network infrastructure systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and other collaboration platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor IT performance.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Ability to work on‑site in a large‑scale construction or infrastructure project.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
