IT Support Specialist (Junior & Senior Levels)

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to end‑users across Fakeeh Care entities, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services. The role covers both first‑line and second‑line support, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone, email, ticketing system, or in‑person.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications, servers and data‑storage solutions.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/off‑boarding tasks, and IT asset inventory.
• Document incidents and solutions in the service‑desk knowledge base.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff and coordinate with system administrators.
• Plan, test and implement system upgrades and new application deployments.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster‑recovery and security procedures.
• Mentor team members and provide training sessions for operations and client‑support staff.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of IT support experience in a healthcare environment for junior level; minimum 3 years for senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
