IT Technician

About the role

Global Vibe Technologies is seeking an IT Technician to join its team in Dammam. The role focuses on delivering prompt technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software and network resources.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users via phone, email or on‑site assistance.
• Maintain and update Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and basic troubleshooting of network connections.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain inventory of IT equipment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or Desktop Support Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dammam.
