About the role
Gymshark is opening its first store in Riyadh and is looking for enthusiastic retail professionals to join the team. Positions include Team Lead & Supervisor, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser and Cashier. You will help deliver the brand’s fitness‑focused experience to customers in‑store.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, stock control and achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, build authentic connections and share product knowledge.
- Create and maintain visual displays that reflect the Gymshark aesthetic.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing or retail role.
- Leadership experience for supervisory positions.
- Passion for community, wellness and fitness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Required skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective team management and development abilities.
