Junior Account Manager

About the role

Red Hat is expanding its sales organisation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and seeks a Junior Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners. The role focuses on generating revenue by selling Red Hat’s software solutions to new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with clients and partners to understand their evolving needs and propose aligned solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals while protecting profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support, and product development to meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and client data in CRM software.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an account executive or similar sales role, preferably selling software solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with complex solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales‑related software.
