Junior Accountant – Jeddah & Riyadh (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations for our Jeddah and Riyadh offices. The role involves data entry, ledger maintenance, lease administration, cash management and routine financial calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily financial records, process payment requests and clear GL entries for both branches.
• Manage Ejar lease contracts, verify terms, track payment schedules and coordinate with property owners.
• Reconcile petty cash, monitor utility bills, and ensure timely payments.
• Handle procurement documentation, vendor quotations and maintain document control for POs and vouchers.
• Perform calculations for Iqama expenses, asset depreciation, EOS benefits, vacation settlements and cost analysis.
• Reconcile cash boxes, post payments and match vendor statements in the Xplore system.
• Support external audits by preparing audit ledgers and post‑closing entries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping or finance administration.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Ejar lease management and EOS calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, tracking spreadsheets).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software – Xplore is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity with Zoho and government portals such as Ejar.
