Junior Auditor

About the role

CLA Saudi Arabia is hiring a Junior Auditor in Riyadh for its auditing team. This is an entry-level position for fresh graduates, with comprehensive training and mentorship to develop auditing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting financial and operational audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
• Review financial documents, internal controls and accounting systems to identify risks or areas for improvement.
• Perform audit procedures in line with established audit plans and procedures.
• Document audit findings, including deficiencies and recommendations for corrective action.
• Take part in meetings with auditees to discuss results and recommendations.
• Help prepare audit reports and presentations for management.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and track their implementation.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices in auditing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and auditing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop auditing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
