Junior Consultant – Tamheer Program

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join our project teams as part of the Tamheer program. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on HR, organizational culture, corporate strategy and transformation projects while gaining hands‑on consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering advisory engagements across HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy and transformation.
• Develop and present high‑quality consulting insights and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify operational and strategic improvement opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and external experts to tailor advisory services.
• Detect gaps in internal processes and assist in initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Help maintain and evolve proprietary methodologies, frameworks and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree.
• Registered on the Taqat platform and meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
