Junior HR Business Partner – FMCG

About the role

The Junior HR Business Partner will support day‑to‑day HR operations for a leading fast‑moving consumer goods company in Saudi Arabia. Acting as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers, you will help ensure smooth onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll processing and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes, guaranteeing compliance and a positive experience.
• Review attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs.
• Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, recognition and internal communication initiatives.
• Source, screen and interview staff‑level candidates; support managerial‑level recruitment coordination.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing agencies and recruitment partners to meet staffing needs.
• Assist in implementing corporate HR initiatives, performance‑management processes and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or HR Operations.
• Hands‑on exposure to recruitment, onboarding/off‑boarding, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; Urdu/Hindi highly preferred due to workforce composition.
