About the role
The Junior Media Planner works under the direction of a strategist to carry out research requests and uncover audience and cultural insights that feed the communications planning process. The role is based in Riyadh, within the Carat brand, on a full-time permanent basis.
Key responsibilities
- Understand the media landscape, including leading and emerging media channels and partners, with a focus on digital
- Collaborate with the internal team to contribute to day-to-day strategic work for the client(s)
- Compile, analyse and interpret information from research sources such as proprietary, syndicated and client-provided data
- Help lead and/or take part in brainstorming sessions
- Contribute to agency or client thought leadership
- Leverage audience data to support strategic deliverables
- Keep a pulse on cultural trends and movements
