About the role
The Junior Quantity Surveyor Engineer will support the preparation of quantities, variation bundles and cost records to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate, monitor and control project costs, identifying overruns and potential issues.
- Extract quantities from construction drawings to determine material, labour and resource requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities and evaluate contractor bids.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control and financial risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, contracts and project documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the EPC industry.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
