Senior Bridge Engineer

About the role

Egis MESA is looking for a highly motivated Senior Bridge Engineer to join its structures team in Riyadh. The role involves technical design, client interaction and cross‑disciplinary coordination to deliver sustainable transportation infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Complete analysis and design of bridges, retaining walls and box culverts using engineering software.
• Lead preparation of plans, reports and specifications, taking ownership of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define goals, present solutions and maintain strong communication.
• Coordinate with transportation, environmental and planning teams to integrate structural solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑10 years of bridge and structures engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, mentor team members and support business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in bridge design software and structural analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD.
