Junior Sales Specialist – SaaS ERP & CRM

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to promote our SaaS ERP and CRM solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and supporting the sales team through demos and follow‑ups. Candidates will work from our offices in Riyadh, Jiddah or Dammam.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through connections, calls, and email outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline using CRM tools.
- Introduce SaaS ERP & CRM solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales process.
Required profile
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, or software sales.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Target‑driven and comfortable with outbound calls.
