Key Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key customers in the café and foodservice sector. You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, especially cafés and coffee businesses.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive sales growth.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable coffee solutions and products.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong market presence.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Monitor account performance, sales targets, and customer feedback.
• Prepare account reports, sales updates, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management.
• Experience in coffee, FMCG, or foodservice industries is preferred.
• Previous experience working with cafés is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused.
• Passion for or knowledge of coffee products is a strong advantage.
