Key Account Manager – Clinical & Sales Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager will work closely with the Area Manager to drive revenue for Masimo’s clinical monitoring portfolio across the assigned territory. This position blends strategic account planning, clinical education, and sales execution to deepen relationships with existing key hospitals and acquire new customers in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans with the Area Manager to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to shape account strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with major key clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate contracts, establish performance timelines, and manage the account team for each client.
• Lead clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and education to promote Masimo’s pulse oximetry, CO‑oximetry, brain function monitoring, regional oximetry and capnography solutions.
• Drive conversion of existing multiparametric monitor installations (GE, Philips, Dräger, Spacelabs) to Masimo technology.
• Collaborate with OEM sales staff and key opinion leaders to support whole‑hospital conversions and protocol adoption.
• Provide market feedback on clinical trends, competitive activity and product needs to the regional management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in the medical‑device or healthcare sector.
• Strong ability to understand and anticipate clinical needs of hospitals and intensive‑care units.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding installed bases.
