Key Account Manager – Construction Equipment

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive sales growth and expand market presence for construction equipment within the commercial vehicles segment in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with government, fleet and private‑sector clients while delivering results that meet revenue and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive achievement of monthly sales targets for construction equipment across key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and take proactive actions to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across government, fleet and private sectors.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and support smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with construction equipment or related manufacturing.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
