Key Account Manager – Dammam

About the role

The Key Account Manager will develop and manage major equipment rental companies in Dammam and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This field‑sales position focuses on building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and driving equipment rental and purchase projects to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain relationships with major equipment rental customers in Dammam and the Eastern Region.
• Identify new rental company customers and uncover opportunities for equipment purchases, fleet replacement and expansion.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs identification, quotation and commercial negotiation to project follow‑up and order closure.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and customer purchasing plans to support sales strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and key account development objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment or related industries.
• Proven track record in key account management with major equipment rental companies.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern Region.
