Sales Manager – Logistics

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales and commercial activities for the Logistics Division in the Dammam region, focusing on revenue generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead area sales efforts to achieve targets and ensure team performance.
• Conduct sales activities with new and existing customers as needed.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve sales force efficiency.
• Monitor sales staff performance and take remedial action to meet targets.
• Control the regional budget, ensuring financial targets and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and relevant bodies.
• Stay updated on sales techniques, technology, and competitor performance.
• Research new sales opportunities and identify potential key accounts.
• Gather customer feedback to measure satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in sales or sales management within the logistics sector.
• Good understanding of the logistics landscape and regional supply chains.
