Key Account Manager – End Customer

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Manager – End Customer to drive sales and develop business plans for large end‑customer accounts in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring the delivery of Axis solutions and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned end‑customer accounts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for existing and new large customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Post‑sales Support) to deliver a 360° customer experience.
• Identify and influence key stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
• Represent Axis at trade shows, market events, and industry conferences to raise brand awareness and uncover opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in sales of high‑value solutions, preferably in security surveillance or related IT sectors.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and manage complex customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Transparent, loyal, and collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel domestically within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally.
