Key Account Manager – HORECA (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will develop and grow strategic HoReCa customers across Saudi Arabia. You will work with international and local QSR chains, restaurant groups, hotels, cafés, bakeries and food‑service operators to expand business and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop strategic HoReCa customers throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build long‑term partnerships with restaurant groups, hotels, café chains, bakeries and QSRs.
• Design and execute annual business plans to achieve sales, profit and customer‑retention targets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions and trading terms.
• Increase product penetration and uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience, including 3–5 years in a Key Account Management role.
• Proven track record managing strategic HoReCa accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow key customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of sales, profitability and forecasting.
