Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Zennio, you will be responsible for positioning Zennio’s KNX home automation solutions as the preferred vendor for real estate developers, government entities, hotel operators, and MEP consultants across the Middle East. Reporting to the Regional Key Account Manager‑ME, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, generate leads, and support the local sales team to secure approvals and grow the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real‑estate developers, government/semi‑government bodies, hotel operators, and MEP consultants to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate closely with the local sales team to align on strategy, support approvals, and drive sales opportunities.
• Manage existing key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct reviews with the Regional Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Regional Key Account Manager to align on performance and strategy.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing or technical sales role.
• Experience in the building‑material or construction sector is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of handling key accounts and senior stakeholders with measurable results.
• Excellent written and spoken English; high‑level Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for workflow management and reporting.
