Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead regional sales initiatives for UIH medical imaging products, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving market share across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coach the regional sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in bidding processes and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and service teams for project execution.
• Lead regional marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Analyse market conditions, build a robust network of stakeholders, and maintain customer‑focused relationships.
• Address customer issues through internal coordination and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in the healthcare sector, preferably with diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and emerging trends.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of competitors’ products and market positioning.
• Experience in sales strategy formulation and tender/contract management.
• Ability to analyse local policies and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in maintaining and growing customer relationships.
