Key Account Sales Executive

About the role

The Key Account Sales Executive will drive new business growth by expanding our distribution network and managing relationships with strategic clients. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical specifications, and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate order collection, delivery, and fulfillment with production, logistics, and quality teams.
• Conduct site visits to assess client operations and recommend tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Report on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
