About the role

The Key Account Specialist provides operational and administrative support for corporate rental and chauffeur services, ensuring smooth execution of client requests and coordination with internal teams. The role is essential for maintaining service quality and client satisfaction for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day requests from corporate clients for rentals and chauffeur services.
• Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow‑up with the rental car team.
• Liaise with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service standards.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for fleet solutions and track account performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with internal booking and reservation systems.
