Key Accounts Manager – B2B

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager – B2B will lead the development and management of strategic relationships with corporate clients in the marine, shipping, offshore, port, defence and industrial sectors. The role focuses on driving sales growth, delivering excellent service for marine equipment and related solutions, and expanding the company’s footprint in key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across marine, shipping, offshore, port and government sectors.
• Promote, quote and sell marine equipment and related services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on RFQs, purchase orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and contract conditions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely payment collection in collaboration with finance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business development strategy.
• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Marine Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management or business development.
• Experience in marine equipment, ship supply, offshore, port services, logistics or industrial supplies is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow up diligently.
