Key B2G Account Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Key B2G Account Coordinator to manage daily operations for NTSC’s B2G fleet maintenance and mobility projects. The role serves as the main operational bridge between NTSC, Petromin station teams, and government‑sector clients, ensuring service continuity, contractual compliance, and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all daily operational activities for assigned B2G clients, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for B2G clients on operational and financial matters.
• Ensure full adherence to Petromin Corporate CRA policies and internal governance protocols.
• Support fleet‑related updates across POS systems deployed at Petromin service stations.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination to meet SLA commitments and deliver timely service.
• Assist in pricing activities and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage incident handling, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with Finance for reconciliation, invoicing uploads, and collection follow‑ups.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to enhance reliability and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or account coordination.
• Familiarity with online payment platforms and ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
