KOL Marketing Manager

About the role

The KOL Marketing Manager will identify, source and evaluate key opinion leaders (KOLs) across overseas markets, lead partnership negotiations and develop KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market. The role oversees influencer campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and other major social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and evaluate KOLs across overseas markets and lead partnership negotiations.
• Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for the Saudi Arabian market.
• Manage influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram and other major social media platforms.
• Plan, produce, schedule and track content throughout the end‑to‑end KOL campaign process.
• Analyze engagement, conversion and other performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and continuously refine influencer marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with product and cross‑functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other major social media ecosystems.
• Deep localization insight, including local culture, consumer behavior and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency required.
