KSA Market Director – Roads & Highways

About the role

The KSA Market Director – Roads & Highways leads market strategy, business growth and client engagement for transportation infrastructure across Saudi Arabia, focusing on roads, expressways, interchanges and highways.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the KSA roads and highways market strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead client relationship management with transport authorities, municipalities, PPP authorities and private developers.
• Oversee major pursuits, proposal strategies, bid‑no‑bid decisions and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, project management and construction supervision teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Own market P&L, sales forecasts, project margin performance and evaluate commercial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); Master's in Transportation Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 25+ years of experience in roads/highways, with 8‑10 years in senior business development or market leadership in KSA.
• Proven track record winning large‑scale infrastructure projects and strong network across KSA transport authorities and contractors.
