Senior Project Manager – Landscape

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads complex landscape architecture and public realm projects from concept through construction administration and closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multidisciplinary landscape projects across all phases, from design to handover.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, programmes, resource plans and project management procedures.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and contractual deliverables.
• Lead client interactions, progress reviews, design coordination meetings and stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, chartered status) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large‑scale landscape projects.

Required skills

• BIM coordination and digital project delivery.
