Landscape Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Landscape Manager to lead the design, installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces across our projects in Saudi Arabia. The role combines creative design, project oversight and team leadership to deliver sustainable, high‑quality landscapes on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed landscape plans and blueprints that balance aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
• Supervise the execution of landscape projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate landscape staff, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities and constraints.
• Select appropriate materials, plants and sustainable solutions.
• Monitor progress, report milestones and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare and control project budgets and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Agricultural Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in landscape operations, preferably in urban environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver large‑scale projects.
