Lead Planner

About the role

The Lead Planner will own the development, maintenance, and reporting of the project schedule for ABICON's scope of work. You will coordinate progress measurement, identify schedule risks, and communicate them to project management to ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and progressive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Supervise planners and integrate discipline‑level schedules into a master schedule.
• Monitor progress, update schedules with site input and productivity data, and conduct variance and critical‑path analysis.
• Prepare S‑curves, histograms, progress reports, and dashboards for management and clients.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces with construction, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Support what‑if scenarios, recovery schedule development, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Manage schedule documentation, change‑order information, and present status in progress meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of planning/scheduling experience on EPC or construction projects.
• Proven team‑leadership experience supervising planners.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
