Lead Structural Engineer

About the role

Lead the structural engineering team for projects in Al Khobar, ensuring high‑quality design, compliance with Saudi regulations and delivery of complex infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and allocate structural engineering activities across projects, mentor engineers and designers, and monitor productivity and milestones.
• Oversee the development of structural designs for buildings and infrastructure, including concept studies, detailed design, analysis, and value engineering.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Building Code, civil defence, municipal and international standards such as IBC, ASCE, ACI and AISC.
• Coordinate technical submissions with Saudi authorities, respond to comments, and manage approval processes.
• Collaborate with architecture, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines to integrate structural systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in structural engineering design and analysis for complex projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements and international design codes.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale design packages.
