About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Lead Talent Development to design and deliver digital learning experiences that boost workforce capability across the airline. You will shape the learning ecosystem, turning needs assessments into high‑impact e‑learning, blended programmes and on‑demand pathways that align with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses and define solution strategies.
• Design, develop and manage digital content, blended programmes and on‑demand learning paths.
• Oversee quality assurance of all learning assets and coordinate content lifecycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of learning solutions.
• Collaborate with business units to embed learning outcomes and measure impact.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR or Instructional Design.
• Hands‑on expertise in instructional design and e‑learning authoring.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy.
• Interest in emerging learning technologies and continuous improvement.
• Experience in AI‑enabled learning, immersive tech or the aviation sector is a plus.
