Learning Experience Manager / Head Teacher of Sciences

About the role

Noon Academy is reinventing classroom learning in Saudi Arabia with hybrid classrooms that combine remote instruction and in‑room facilitation. As the Head Teacher for the National Sciences track, you will shape the curriculum, coach delivery teachers, and occasionally teach sessions to ensure the content lands effectively for thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Curriculum & term planning (≈50%): collaborate with the design team to define curriculum scope, allocate weight to topics, create term and year plans, and review final lessons before they go live.
• Coaching delivery teachers (≈30%): observe classroom sessions, provide feedback, and guide teachers on hybrid facilitation and student engagement.
• Delivering lessons (≈20%): teach selected sessions to stay connected with the material and gather direct student feedback.

Required profile

• 10+ years of classroom teaching experience in science subjects.
• Proven experience coaching other teachers and influencing curriculum decisions.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid teaching environment and willing to teach occasional sessions.
• Strong judgment to shape learning experiences for large student audiences.
