Leasing Manager

About the role

Eyewa, the leading omnichannel eyewear retailer in the MENA region, is expanding its retail footprint across Saudi Arabia. The Leasing Manager will drive this growth by identifying high‑potential store locations, assessing their commercial viability, and securing favourable lease agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective retail sites based on market research, demographics, footfall and business objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and present data‑driven site proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall operators, developers and brokers.
• Negotiate lease terms, including rent, service charges, rent‑free periods, fit‑out allowances and exclusivity clauses.
• Manage the end‑to‑end leasing process from site selection to contract execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential locations and oversee renewals, renegotiations and terminations for existing stores.
• Track leasing budgets, costs and ensure commercial efficiency.
• Collaborate with Retail, Finance, Legal, Expansion and Projects teams to support timely store openings.
• Monitor competitor activity, rental trends and emerging real‑estate opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate or expansion projects.
• Strong tenant‑side leasing experience in consumer‑facing sectors such as retail, FMCG, F&B or pharmacy.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Saudi retail real‑estate market, including key malls and high‑street locations.
• Proven track record of identifying attractive sites and negotiating favourable lease terms.
