About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to lease and market residential and commercial properties within our projects, manage client relationships and support our digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lease and market residential and commercial units.
- Manage existing clients and attract new tenants.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers throughout the leasing process.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media accounts.
- Support marketing of projects and available units through digital and social media channels.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate leasing and marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in promoting and marketing real estate properties (preferred).
